Andreas Neocleous is the founder and
senior partner of Neocleous & Neocleous Law Firm. He is a admitted by the Cyprus Bar Association (CYBAR)
and specializing in litigation and public legal practice as well as structuring of offshore entities in
Cyprus. He retired as a Director from the state owned Cyprus Telecommunications Authority after 35 years
and with vast professional experience and knowledge of the public/private system in Cyprus, now acts as

Administrative Assistant
Tatiana Andreou is the Administrative assistant at the Corporate Department and has
professional experience both, in structuring of offshore entities formation and in banking administration.
She specializes in the company formation procedures and maintains operations in the banking area from opening
of bank accounts to coordination of banking transactions. She is fluent in Romanian, Russian and English.

Ulas NAZIM

Ulas Nazim is currently registered as a trainee lawyer in Cyprus. He was called to the bar in June 2009 as a barrister-at-law in England and Wales. He is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London. He has substantial work experience on international trade, land and corporate cases.
Ulas Nazim is working primarily with the Managing Partner in Cyprus. He is working on both local cases in Cyprus courts and on international corporate and tax cases. He is in liaison of our Cyprus and Swiss office. He is fluent in English and Turkish.
