IOANNIS A. NEOCLEOUS

Mr. Ioannis A. Neocleous is founder and Managing Partner of NCI Law Group. Throughout his professional experience of more than 16 years, he has regularly advised in the field of international tax, corporate and commercial law. As a practitioner he has traveled and represented clients in over 50 countries worldwide. Mr. Neocleous graduated from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom with an LLB (Honors) degree and continued his education at the University of Sussex where he obtained a Masters of Philosophy degree in International Criminal Law before teaching Human and Civil Rights at the same University. He also holds two Diplomas from the European University Institute in Florence , Italy (EU Law) and the University of Ottawa, Canada (Canada National Committee on Accreditation, Canadian Law). He registered as Attorney in Cyprus , USA and Switzerland. His "tireless devotion to tight deadlines" allowed him to accumulate a personal and impressive client base which includes high net worth individuals, politicians, diplomats as well as corporations from all continents.

SOPHIE G. DEMETRIADOU

Sophie G. Demetriadou is a graduate of the Democritus University of Thrace (Greece) where she studied Law and was awarded with an LLB Degree. She pursued her studies in Law in the University of Leicester (UK) with an LLM in International Commercial Law. Ms Demetriadou's main areas of practice are International Commercial Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual and Industrial Property. She has the ability to develop and manage international and local client portfolios, responsible for handling portfolios and providing legal advice in domestic and international legal issues. She successfully passed the examinations of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010 and became a member of Cyprus Bar Association (CYBAR).She is fluent in both Greek and English.

ANDREAS NEOCLEOUS

Andreas Neocleous is the founder and senior partner of Neocleous & Neocleous Law Firm. He is admitted by the Cyprus Bar Association (CYBAR) and specializing in Litigation and Public Legal practice as well as structuring of offshore entities in Cyprus. He retired as a Director from the state owned Cyprus Telecommunications Authority after 35 years with vast professional experience and knowledge of the public/private system in Cyprus. Presently Andreas N. acts as the head of the litigation department in Cyprus.

KLEOPAS STYLIANOU

Mr. Kleopas Stylianou has been practicing law since 1995. He graduated from the University of East Anglia of the United Kingdom with an LLB (Hons) in 1994 and has passed the Bar Exams of England and Wales as an overseas student being a member of Lincoln's Inn in 1996. He has also obtained a post graduate diploma in EU Law from the University of London in 2002. He has worked both as an associate and as a partner in a number of firms in Cyprus advising clients on a far ranging spectrum of issues both from Cyprus and overseas, during which he has acquired extensive experience both in litigation and corporate work. He has also been appointed as a judge of the District Court of Cyprus in 2004 until 2006. He is also currently a part time lecturer at the European University of Nicosia.

Ulas Nazim is qualified as a Barrister-at-Law in England. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2009. He is a member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in London and a member of Hamilton Institute, USA. He has an LLM degree in International Business Law from University College London. He specializes in International Business Law, Joint Ventures, Energy & Natural Resources and International Arbitration. He advises investors on international tax optimisation strategies, international trusts and on their international investments. Ulas has extensive experience in mergers, takeovers, energy & natural resources and complex corporate matters. Ulas is currently responsible for offshore counseling at I.A. Neocleous & Associates LLC.

ANINDITA A. CHOWDHURY

Position: Of-Counsel

Ms. Chowdhury graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, D.C. She also possesses a Master's degree in Government from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's (Hons.) degree from Loreto College, Calcutta, India. Ms. Chowdhury is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. She specializes in U.S. and Global Immigration Law with over 15 years of experience. Ms Chowdhury is responsible for managing accounts of several Fortune 500 companies. She also has significant experience in providing immigration solutions for high net-worth individuals and Commercially Important Individuals (CIPs). Ms. Chowdhury is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati and Urdu.
